Collegiate Development
The Raleigh (NC) Alumni Chapter advises two undergraduate chapters, the Delta Gamma (Shaw University) and the Kappa Xi (NC State University) of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
We cultivate relationships with our undergraduate brothers, support their initiatives and success, and do our part to make sure we keep Kappa Alpha Psi strong while “assisting the aims and purposes of colleges and universities” and helping “unite college men of culture, patriotism, and honor in a bond of fraternity.”

We believe in service to our community. The Raleigh (NC) Alumni Chapter gives back through annual events like Community Day and an Afternoon with Black Santa as well as community partnerships with organizations such as Macedonia New Life Church, Oak City Cares and Helping Hands Mission.

Knowledge is power! The Social and Political Action committee aims to ensure that brothers as well as members of the local community are aware of the issues affecting them and how to make their voices heard.
Through voter education efforts and hosting community leaders, we do our part to “promote the spiritual, social, intellectual and moral welfare of our members.”

Health is wealth! We want brothers to be active and healthy - mentally, physically and emotionally.
The Health and Wellness committee participates in events such as monthly Mall Walks, the St. Jude Walk/Run, the Triangle MADD Walk, Barbershop Talks as well as other community events that promote health, wellness and holistic healthful living.
